The specific services, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Anything not written in that agreement is outside the scope and may be quoted separately.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required account access, and any content, product or legal claims you want used in marketing material.

You confirm that any material you supply is lawful and that you have the right to use it.

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the relevant advertising platform and is separate from my service fee, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fees, payment method and schedule are agreed before work starts. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received.

Estimated timelines depend on receiving the information, approvals and access needed. Platform review and approval times are outside my control.

I provide services with reasonable professional care, but I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, platform policy decisions, account restrictions, or results that depend on factors outside my control.

Either of us may end an engagement with written notice. Work already completed remains payable. Ongoing arrangements can be ended at the end of the current agreed period.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your agreement applies to that engagement.
