Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are evaluated individually rather than through a fixed automatic rule.
Completed work
Completed work or delivered services are generally non-refundable, because the time, planning and execution have already been provided.
Cancellation before work starts
If work has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered and any advance payment may be refunded in whole or in part.
Work in progress
If an engagement is cancelled part-way, fees for work already completed remain payable and the remaining balance is reviewed case by case.
Advertising spend
Money spent on advertising platforms is paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by me.
Results
Refunds are not provided on the basis of campaign performance alone, since results depend on external factors described in the Disclaimer.
