Communication Policy

As an independent freelancer, I communicate with you directly. This page sets expectations so we both know how updates work.

Channels

Email (xyleniqlimited@gmail.com) and WhatsApp (+44 7988510936) are the main channels. Scheduled calls can be arranged when needed.

Response times

I aim to reply to messages within one to two business days. Replies may take longer on weekends, public holidays or during announced time away.

Time zones

I am based in Bangladesh and work with clients in the United Kingdom, so calls are arranged within UK business hours where possible.

Languages

I communicate in English, বাংলা, Hindi.

Project updates

Ongoing engagements include updates and reporting on an agreed schedule. Important changes, risks or platform issues are raised as soon as I am aware of them.

Respectful communication

I ask for the same professional and respectful tone that I offer. Abusive communication may end an engagement.
