Any brand assets, product images, text or data you supply remain yours. By providing them, you give me permission to use them for the agreed work.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, ownership of final approved deliverables such as logos, creatives and written strategies transfers to you once the agreed fees are paid in full.

I keep ownership of my underlying methods, templates, checklists and working files.

Stock images, fonts and software used in a project remain subject to their own licences. Any licence costs are agreed in advance.

I may ask for permission to reference completed work as an example. I will not publish your work as a portfolio item without your agreement.
